In July of 2009, you received a letter from the Reunion Committee,concerning the up coming 50th
Class Reunion Scheduled for July 1 - 4, 2010, that’s less than 5 month away.  As was stated in the
letter, this is a major event and a milestone for the class of 1960. We have not heard from many
of you, and time is of the essence. It will be a once in a lifetime experience that you will remember 
for the rest of your life.  We are all  very blessed and privileged to be able to participate 
in this 50 year celebration, a major milestone in our lives. 

It is very difficult to plan activities and events without information concerning the possible 
number of participants.  It is essential that we hear from you as soon as possible if your plans 
are to attend this historic event.  As was stated in earlier communications, the registration fee 
is $200.00 per classmate, except for those married couples who are both classmates and are still
living together.  The fee for those couples will be $300.00.  We would like to hear from you by 
March 31, 2010, and have all registration fees paid by May 31, 2010. Family members and friends
not registered but wishing to attend the banquet on Sunday must pay to attend that event.  This 
fee is $30.00 (which includes 19% service charge and 8.6% sales tax), this fee can be added to a 
classmate’s registration fee, or paid at the door.   

The Clarion Hotel will again be the venue for the reunion. I have enclosed an additional sheet 
with all information needed for hotel registration.  Single and double occupancy per night is $89.00; 
this is a special rate for this event.  Cut off date for hotel registration at the special rate
is June 15, 2010.
